I guide leadership retreats, strategic offsites, and difficult internal conversations. My role is to hold the space, ensure that every critical voice is heard, and help the team move from gridlock to clear, actionable alignment.

It requires reading the room, naming the unspoken dynamics, and steering the group toward productive outcomes without forcing an artificial consensus.
